The first bite sets the tone for your whole party. Whether it is a cozy home dawaat or a grand valima, we bring the sizzle with fresh kebabs, crispy appetizers, and live counters that get everyone talking.

This platter is a crowd-pleaser, featuring crispy breaded chicken, succulent malai tikka skewers, and a spicy chicken stir-fry. It’s a perfect combination of textures and flavours for any party.

A true non-veg delight. This platter combines spicy chicken starters, fish wrapped and cooked in banana leaves for a unique flavour, and other fried delicacies, all served on a bed of fresh cabbage.

My Chilly Prawns are simply the best. This top-down shot shows the beautiful presentation with a tomato rose, highlighting the rich, glossy sauce and perfectly cooked prawns.

For the cheese lovers, my Malai Cheese Sticks are a must-try. These chicken skewers are grilled and then generously topped with a creamy cheese sauce and a sprinkle of chilli flakes for a little kick.
