This is my showstopper, the Bebe Frank. It’s everything you could want in one bite: a chewy cookie base, creamy cheesecake, rich caramel, and a boozy Old Monk ganache, all finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Here’s how our Blueberry Buns came to be. It started as a kitchen experiment craving something tart, sweet, and fruity, and now it's a permanent fixture on the menu. It’s like a blueberry cheesecake but on a pillowy, glorious bun.

My Hot Garlic Buns are an ode to my favorite Ching's Secret Hot Garlic instant noodles. I wanted to create a savory bun that was cheesy, garlicky, and spongy, so I fixed it myself. Best enjoyed warm, and sharing is definitely optional.

This is how we get over the holiday blues, or any blues for that matter. Watch our Marble Slice get its glow up with crumbly caramelised white chocolate and swirls of the smoothest dark chocolate mousse. It’s drama in a cake.

For the hardcore chocolate lovers, this is our Dark Passion Tub. It’s a single-serve pot of intensity, layering a silky 70% dark chocolate ganache with a tart passion fruit curd and fluffy chiffon sponge.

About this collection

When I decided to tear down my old menu, it wasn't just for a new look. It was because I realized we’re all tired of massive cakes that just sit in the fridge. That’s why at Salt, everything here is single-serve. Whether it's my signature 'Bebe Frank' cheesecake tart or my Hot Garlic Buns, you get exactly what you need without the commitment of a whole cake. It’s good, real-ingredient baking that’s ready for whenever you need a fix.

No Nonsense, Just Good Food

I’m not a fan of the 'perfect' aesthetic because perfect is usually boring and tastes like nothing. Here at Salt, we’re about small-batch, handmade chaos. Everything you see here—from the seeded sourdough to the marble slices—is made fresh daily in my Colaba kitchen.

  • The 'Frank' Factor: Everyone asks about the Bebe Frank. It’s my little monster—a cookie dough base, cheesecake, caramel, sea salt, and an Old Monk ganache. It’s messy, it’s boozy, and it’s meant for one.

  • The Savoury Fix: If you aren't into sweets, you’re missing out on the bread. My Hot Garlic Buns came from a literal 'I can do this better' moment after eating instant noodles. It’s spicy garlic cream cheese in an eggless brioche. It hits differently.

Quality Matters

I don't believe in secret ingredients that are just chemicals. If you see a Blueberry Bun on our menu, you’re eating fresh, blistered blueberries. My Dark Passion tubs are made with actual 70% couverture chocolate, not that compound nonsense. We keep things small because that’s the only way to keep them real.
