Handcrafted Cookies & Tea-Time Treats in Mumbai
Skip the mass-produced packets. These are small-batch cookies and tea-time classics, handmade in my Cuffe Parade kitchen using real butter and dark chocolate.
This is our (C)lean Cookie. It's a great example of how less can be more, made with just tahini, almond flour, jaggery, and 54% couverture chocolate buttons.

Our clean cookie is made with almonds, tahini, chocolate, a flax egg, jaggery powder, and sea salt. I dare you to try it and not like it.

The base of our Cookie 2.0 is nutrient-dense almond flour, which gives it a wonderful texture and nutty flavor.
We use tahini to add richness and a complex, savory note that balances the sweetness of the cookie perfectly.
Instead of regular eggs, we use a flax egg, which is a mix of ground flaxseed and water. It's a great binder and adds extra fiber.
We don't skimp on the good stuff. Our Cookie 2.0 is loaded with 70% dark couverture chocolate for that decadent, melty goodness.
A final sprinkle of sea salt enhances all the flavors and makes this cookie incredibly addictive.

About Cookies & Chai-Time Treats
I don't use industrial mixers or frozen doughs. Every cookie you order is scaled by hand, scooped, and baked fresh in small batches at my Cuffe Parade kitchen. If they look a little uneven or rustic, that's the point—they're made by a human, not a factory line, so you get all the flavour without the weird artificial aftertaste.
Most cookies you find in stores are mass-produced sugar bombs designed to last for months on a shelf. My approach is the opposite. Whether you’re grabbing a Pistachio Raspberry cookie for a mid-afternoon slump or a box of Nankhatai to go with your evening chai, it’s all about honest ingredients.
Why my cookies are different
I use real butter, 70% dark couverture chocolate, and tahini. There is no margarine and no preservatives in this kitchen. My 'Clean Cookie' is my personal challenge to the health-conscious crowd—made with almond flour, flax egg, and jaggery, it’s proof that you don't need refined sugar to make something indulgent.

How to order
I’m a micro-bakery, which means I control every batch, but I have limited capacity. When you order from me, you’re not getting inventory that's been sitting in a freezer. Everything is baked to order. If you need a specific quantity for a party or a gift hamper, shoot me a message on WhatsApp a day in advance so I can ensure your batch is ready.
