Meet my little monster, the Frankenstein. I'm explaining the story behind our oldest and most popular cake, made from bits and pieces of delicious stuff we had in the kitchen. If you haven't tried it, you really need to.

About this collection
I don’t aim for perfect, Instagram-pretty slices because that ruins the texture. The cookie dough base stays chunky, the cheesecake is dense, and the Old Monk ganache is generous. When you order, keep in mind this is not a light snack; it is a full-blown indulgence that hits hard.
The Frankenstein, or Frank as we call him in the kitchen, started out as a way to use up bits and pieces of leftover ingredients back in 2015. It turned into our most popular creation because it refuses to be polite.
We start with a thick, chewy chocolate chip cookie dough base. On top of that, we pour a rich cheesecake layer, followed by house-made salted caramel. We finish it off with a dark chocolate ganache infused with a decent splash of Old Monk rum. The sea salt is the final touch, because, well, it is in our name for a reason.
Over the years, Frank has evolved. We used to do it only in big slices, but now you can grab a 'Bebe Frank' if you want a single-serve portion for yourself. If you are ever in Bandra or Kala Ghoda, you can also find us stocking slices at Bokka Coffee.
Is it the healthiest thing on our menu? Absolutely not. But if you have had a long week or just need something that actually tastes like home, this is the one. We bake these in small batches, so if you are planning to order, send us a message early.
