Our Signature: The Frank

This is the one that started it all. The Frankenstein, or Frank as we call him, is a layered cheesecake made from bits and pieces of everything delicious: cookie dough, cheesecake, caramel, sea salt, and a secret Old Monk ganache. He’s our little monster, and our most popular cake for a reason.
