Assembling our Dark Passion Tub. We start by layering fluffy chiffon sponge in our single-serve tubs, getting it ready for all the deliciousness to come.
Next, we pipe in a rich, decadent 70% dark couverture ganache. This is for the serious chocolate lovers who appreciate a deep, bittersweet flavor.
A generous layer of tart, house-made passion fruit curd is spread over the ganache. The sharp, fruity flavor cuts through the richness of the chocolate perfectly.
We finish the Dark Passion Tub with beautiful rosettes of the same dark chocolate ganache, creating a stunning visual before you even take a bite.
The final touch is a dollop of passion fruit curd in the center. This tub is all about that intense, balanced combination of dark chocolate and tropical fruit.

We build this tub by layering soft chiffon sponge, a sharp citrus curd, and clouds of freshly whipped cream. Here, we're adding the sponge base.
About this collection
Everything in these tubs is assembled fresh right before I send it to you. There are no frozen stockpiles here, and no machines making these layers. If the ganache looks a bit rustic or the sponge is not mathematically symmetrical, that is on purpose. This is handmade food, built by a real person to be eaten by you.
I stopped baking giant cakes for the sake of it because honestly, decision fatigue is real. You do not need to order a massive cake just to satisfy a Tuesday night craving. These tubs are my answer to that. I focus on layers, texture, and intensity rather than sheer volume.
Take the Dark Passion Tub. It is 70% dark couverture ganache paired with house-made passion fruit curd and fluffy chiffon sponge. It is deep, it is bitter, and it is a little bit wild. If you are more into classic comfort, the Toffee Tiramisu is my version of the Italian staple. For those who want something lighter, the Lemony Snicket is basically sunshine in a container, mixing sharp citrus curd with whipped cream and sponge.
Every tub is crafted from scratch in my kitchen in Cuffe Parade. I use real ingredients like Callebaut chocolate, fresh fruit, and actual butter. No artificial preservatives, no shortcuts. Whether you are in Bandra, Colaba, or anywhere else in the Mumbai metropolitan area, these are ready to be delivered to your door. Just grab a spoon and dig in.
