Weekday Group Training Membership
Class Frequency & Duration
- Schedule: Full access to batches running Monday through Friday (approx. 20 to 22 sessions per month).
- Time Commitment: 60 to 90 minutes per session based on batch intensity.
- Timing: Evening slots (typically 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM) at Sector 5 or Sector 15.
Training Curriculum
- Kihon (Basics): 30 minutes of repetitive muscle memory drills for blocks, punches, and kicks.
- Conditioning: 20 minutes of functional fitness using body weight, tractor tires, and medicine balls.
- Urban Safety: 10 to 15 minutes of situational drills like wrist releases and collar grabs.
Facility & Coaching
- Infrastructure: Training on standard 25mm EVA interlocking foam mats.
- Equipment: Shared use of USI/Venum hanging punching bags and handheld focus mitts.
- Ratio: Group coaching (approx. 1:15 to 1:20) led by Black Belt instructors.
1-on-1 Self-Defense Crash Course
Course Format
- Structure: A fixed package of 10 intensive sessions with 45 days validity.
- Coaching: Dedicated 1 on 1 instruction with a Senior Instructor or Sensei.
- Scheduling: Sessions booked by appointment with priority usage of the training floor.
Combat Curriculum
- Scenario Training: Focus on specific threats including anti abduction and road rage defense.
- Impact Training: Instruction on striking soft targets (eyes, throat, groin) for maximum impact.
- Psychology: Panic management techniques to handle adrenaline during confrontations.
Course Amenities
- Gear: Usage of premium striking shields and focus pads.
- Certification: Certificate of completion provided at the end of the course.
- Feedback: Real time correction on posture and technique.

What We’re About
At Sai Karate Academy, I keep it real - it's not just about fancy moves. My main focus is practical self-defense training you can actually use outside the class. I've been teaching in Gurgaon for years and seen my students go from total beginners to national and international champs, but more than that, I've seen shy kids and adults turn into confident, strong people.
Who Can Join?
- Age is just a number here - bache (kids) as young as 4, bade (adults), seniors, everyone finds a spot.
- Families train together, and beginners don’t need to worry - we start from scratch.
- Women’s self-protection techniques are a big part of what we do, and yes, we encourage more girls to join with special support.

My Story
Namaste dosto, I’m Sunil Saini, founder of Sai Karate Academy. Karate for me is zindagi (life), not just a sport. I’ve played at All India Police Games, been Team Captain for India, and now I’m Sports Secretary Gurgaon. But real khushi (joy) is seeing our students win – district se lekar (from district) Asian Games tak. Mera koshish (my effort) is to give kids a platform, sponsor them, and push them aage se aage (onward and upward). Humare bachche (our kids) are my pride.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Karate-Do, Kickboxing, Self Defence, Taekwondo, plus strength training and weight loss.
All Ages & Levels Welcome - Kids (from 4), teens, adults, seniors – sab ke liye (for everyone). Beginner to advanced, male and female coaches.
Kumite Training & Kata Forms - We cover sparring and forms for those wanting competition or just solid basics.
Discipline, Confidence, Teamwork - More than classes – we build self-confidence, respect, discipline. Training hota hi rahta hai (training never stops).
Two Branches in Gurugram - Find us in Sector 5 or Sector 15, morning and evening classes, Monday to Friday.
