I am Sunil Saini, and this is my promise to you. I run this academy to create champions and give your children a platform for a 'sunhara bhavishya' through karate.

About Meet the Coach: Shihan Sunil Saini
As an Indian team captain and national selector, I bring more than just technique to the mat. I understand exactly what judges and scouts are looking for in tournaments like the Khelo India University Games or All India Police Games. I use this insight to ensure my students in Gurugram develop the precise focus and form required to excel at the state, national, and international levels.
Karate is zindagi (life) to me. I founded Sai Karate Academy not just to teach movements, but to provide a platform for students to grow 'aage se aage' (onward and upward). Whether you are a parent looking for a disciplined environment for your child or an adult seeking a way to build strength and mental clarity, my approach remains the same: discipline first, technique second.
My journey from an athlete to a 7th Dan Black Belt and national official has taught me that the biggest barriers are often mental. In our Sectors 5 and 15 branches, we focus on removing these barriers. We combine traditional Kata forms with functional fitness and real-world self-defense. I personally oversee the progress of my students, pushing them to handle the pressure of competition just as well as they handle the basics.

My classes are structured to accommodate everyone, from 4-year-olds taking their first steps to adults training for peak fitness or competitive fighting.
