This is the energy of a typical day at Sai Karate Academy. Here, young students learn fundamental karate punches and movements in a disciplined group setting, building focus and coordination from the very first class.

My name is Sunil Saini, founder of Sai Karate Academy. In this video, I share my journey and the mission of our academy: to provide a platform for students to achieve success at every level, from local to international.

We are incredibly proud of our student Seema, a national karate champion who now serves the country in the Assam Rifles. Her journey from our academy to winning gold medals for India is an inspiration to all.

When you step onto our mats, you'll see a mix of students: kids as young as four training alongside adults and seniors. We don't jump straight into fighting; we spend the first few weeks mastering 'Kihon'—the basic blocks and punches—because that muscle memory is what saves you in a real situation. You will find that our sessions are just as much about mental focus and discipline as they are about physical fitness. If you are joining for self-defense, expect to learn how to keep your cool under pressure, not just how to punch.
