Welcome to Sai Karate Academy, a government approved institution for kids, adults, women, and men. We provide a platform for everyone to build discipline and fitness for a golden future.

Our training is not just about karate. We build real-world functional strength in all our students, like this powerful sledgehammer and tire workout for building core and upper body power.

We train our students to achieve peak physical performance. This black belt student demonstrates exceptional flexibility and control with a perfect high kick, a result of dedicated practice and expert coaching.

Our students' success is our pride, and it gets noticed. Here is a feature in the Hindustan newspaper celebrating the 18 medals our team won at the North India Karate championship.

We believe fitness should be engaging, especially for our youngest members. This video shows our kids improving their agility, coordination, and speed through fun hurdle drills and crawling exercises.
