We don't just stretch for sport; we stretch for recovery. After every heavy conditioning session involving tractor tires or sledgehammers, we mandate a cool-down routine focused on flexibility. It is how we ensure our students, from the youngest kids to our national athletes, stay injury-free and capable of training hard again the very next day.
