Real lifting, no fake Reels. If you are ready to put in the work, this is where it starts. I am Sahil Bagga, and I train for results, not for likes.

This is what real work looks like. Pulling a 230kg deadlift during my cutting phase. My training philosophy is simple: lift heavy and with proper form to build dense, quality muscle for the stage.

Squatting 210kg while on a cutting diet is a mental and physical battle. I don't just write you a plan; I show you how to build the strength and mindset to execute it, even when it gets tough.

Building a wide, thick back with heavy pull-ups. A strong back is crucial for creating the V-taper that is essential in both Men's Physique and Classic Physique categories.

Working on shoulder development with a machine press. Building capped deltoids is key to creating an illusion of width and a more powerful upper body.

Using an arm blaster for bicep curls to ensure strict form and maximum muscle isolation. This is the kind of focused technique I teach to bring up lagging body parts.

Preacher curls are a classic exercise for building bicep peaks. We focus on the full range of motion and squeezing the muscle on every single rep.

Using dumbbells for seated lateral raises to build wider shoulders. This is a fundamental exercise for creating a powerful and balanced upper body aesthetic.

A look at my back definition in the gym. We train for thickness and detail, ensuring your back is as impressive as your front.

There are no vacations from your goals. Here I am getting a workout in while traveling. This is the level of discipline and consistency I expect.

Feeling the pump after a few days off. A well-trained muscle holds its shape and fullness, which is a sign of quality muscle built over time.

About The Grind: Hardcore Gym Sessions

You won't find any 'soft' workouts here. We focus on heavy compound lifts like the 230kg deadlift or 210kg squats, even when we are deep in a calorie deficit for contest prep. This isn't about looking good for the camera; it is about tracking every rep, perfecting your posture, and forcing muscle growth through sheer intensity. If you are serious about building a complete physique, this is the environment you need.
