The Training Approach
We focus on core compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, but the magic happens in the isolation movements. I integrate techniques like drop sets and super sets to push past plateaus. When you train with me, I am spotting you and correcting your form in real-time, especially on movements like Bulgarian split squats or hack squats where stability is everything.

We track progress, we monitor intensity, and we adjust as you get stronger.
