Behind the Scenes: Real Bodybuilding & Lifestyle
Bodybuilding is a 24/7 commitment. It is not just the hour you spend in the gym; it is about your meals, your recovery, and your mindset. Here is a look at my life as an athlete and coach.
This is what a typical meal looks like for me. A clean, high-protein salad to fuel my muscles. The result is visible in the vascularity of my arms. Your diet is the foundation of your physique.
With the legendary Flex Wheeler. I believe in learning from the best in the sport, and I bring that wealth of knowledge and experience to my coaching.
Connecting with other pro athletes in the Indian bodybuilding circuit. Being part of the community is important, and I can guide you on how to navigate the industry.
I believe in building a strong community. Here are some clips from a deadlift contest I hosted at my fitness studio to encourage and motivate local lifters.
Even a simple coffee break is a chance to reflect on your goals. A strong physique is built by consistent, small decisions you make every single day.
About Behind the Scenes & Lifestyle
People think coaching is just about writing a workout plan. Jo sachchai hai, it is about the entire lifestyle. You see my meals, the community I build, and my own contest prep; that is exactly how I live. If you are serious about competing or just getting into shape, you need to understand that the grind does not stop at the gym door. It is about consistent, small decisions made every single day.
Success in bodybuilding does not come from viral reels or flashy filters. It comes from the hours you put in when no one is watching. My approach is simple: keep it real. Whether it is meal prep to ensure vascularity, or networking with legends like Flex Wheeler to understand the sport better, every part of my life serves a purpose.
I believe in building a real fitness community. That is why I host local deadlift contests at my studio in Subhash Nagar. I want to see you push your limits, not just pose for a camera. Being a Type-1 diabetic, I have to manage my blood sugar, my insulin, and my training intensity with precision. I do not take shortcuts, and I do not expect you to either.
If you are training in Delhi, you will find me at Wellness Club in Rajouri Garden or my own studio. I do not do fluff. We track macros, we manage sodium, and we train until we hit the goal. If you are tired of the social media drama and want to learn what actual prep looks like, this is the environment I provide.
