Real Competition Prep and Stage Guidance in Delhi
I do not sell shortcuts or fake Instagram aesthetics. What you see on this stage is the result of brutal honesty, specific peaking protocols, and zero excuses. Here is what real bodybuilding prep actually looks like.

About On Stage: My Competition Journey
Getting stage-ready is about more than just lifting weights. It is about the science of water, sodium, and carb manipulation during your final peak week. If you do not track these variables precisely, you will not look dry or vascular on stage; you will just look flat. I handle the math of your prep so you can focus on your posing.
Beyond the Instagram Filter
Most of what you see online is staged. If you are serious about stepping on stage, you need to understand the difference between looking 'big' and looking 'ready.' Real contest prep is not about guessing games or following viral trends. It is about the grind that happens in the weeks leading up to the show—the depletion phase, the sodium loading, and the final carb-up.
My Approach to Prep
When I work with athletes, we strip away the noise. My coaching focuses on three core pillars:
- Technical Posing: You can have the best physique, but if you do not know how to display it, the judges will miss it. I teach you the mandatory poses and the individual routine that highlights your strengths.
- The Peak Week Protocol: This is where shows are won or lost. I provide precise protocols for managing water and electrolytes to ensure you hit the stage with that dry, vascular, grainy look.
- Real-World Experience: I have earned my Pro card and competed on stages like Mr. Delhi and Mr. India. I know what judges look for because I have stood next to the best in the country.
Special Care for Diabetic Athletes
If you are a Type-1 diabetic, you face unique challenges in the gym. I am a Type-1 diabetic, insulin-dependent athlete myself. I do not just train you; I guide you on how to manage blood glucose, insulin timing, and nutrition so you can compete safely without compromising your health. We do not just chase trophies; we prioritize your longevity.
Stop training based on hearsay. If you want a plan that is calculated, disciplined, and based on real-world results, let’s get to work.
