Building powerful legs with heavy squats in the rack. Leg day is non-negotiable for a balanced and complete physique.
This is the raw power we build. Heavy deadlifts are a cornerstone of my training philosophy. There are no shortcuts to strength, only relentless effort.
Another squat session. Consistency with the big lifts is what separates a good physique from a great one. In Shiva, I trust for strength.
Pushing heavy on the shoulder press even while leaning out. You have to keep the intensity high to command the muscles to grow.
Seated dumbbell shoulder press. This exercise is key for building round, capped delts that create a wider, more impressive upper body.
Triceps bench press with 100 kg. Building strong triceps is essential for powerful pressing movements and massive arms.
Seated military press on the smith machine. A great exercise for targeting the front deltoids and building overall shoulder mass.

- Volume & Frequency: We train with high intensity. I don't believe in 'junk volume.' Every rep has a purpose, and every set is designed to take you closer to your genetic potential.
- The Natural Way: Steroids don't make you a champion; consistency does. I teach you how to train effectively using only your natural strength, proper recovery, and elite-level nutrition.
