Precision Athletic Coaching and Technique Correction
Success on the track isn't luck. It is the result of disciplined, constant refinement. I analyze every movement to help you shave off those critical milliseconds.
Work in progress. Timing my athletes on the field is a crucial part of tracking their progress and making data-driven adjustments to their training.
Reviewing performance data on my stopwatch with my athletes right after a drill. Immediate feedback is essential for learning and improvement.
At my workspace, the track. Checking my phone to review a recorded video of an athlete's drill to analyze their technique in detail.
Stopwatch in hand, focused on the track. Every hundredth of a second counts, and my attention is always on the performance of my athletes.
A moment of analysis between drills. I use every tool available, from stopwatches to video playback, to ensure my athletes get the best guidance.
Instructing my athletes from the sidelines. Clear communication and direction are key during a complex training session.
A moment of pride and focus on the field. After a successful drill, we reset and prepare for the next challenge.
A candid shot during a coaching session. My focus is always on my athletes and how they can improve.
Walking the track, stopwatch in hand, observing the ongoing training session. This is my element.
A focused look from my workspace. I am constantly observing, analyzing, and planning the next step for my team.
About The Coach's Eye
I don't just watch you run. I record your drills, and we review the footage right there on the track. We pinpoint exactly where your stride breaks or your posture slips, fixing those micro-errors immediately. It is about technical precision, not just running more.
Why does this matter? Because running fast is a skill, not just a physical trait. Many athletes hit a wall because they repeat the same inefficient patterns over and over. When I review your form frame-by-frame, we aren't guessing. We are correcting your block starts, your arm swing, and your footstrike based on what the video actually shows.
My coaching style is built on my belief that discipline is more important than motivation. You show up, you listen, and we put in the work. Whether we are at a synthetic track in Bandra or an open-air ground, the process stays the same. We use hurdles for plyometrics, cones for agility, and competition-grade starting blocks to build real power.
I treat my athletes like my family. If you are training for a state-level meet or just trying to get that explosive power back for your sport, I am there to hold you accountable. We don't do fluff here. We train for results, aiming for that gold medal or that personal best. If you are ready to put in the hard work, I am ready to guide you.
