Professional Athletics Coaching for Medal-Winning Performance
Discipline beats motivation every single time. Real performance is built on the track with grit and technical precision.

About Forging Champions
If you are looking to shave milliseconds off your 100m sprint or prepare for university trials, you need to know that training is not just about showing up. I do not coach to make you feel good; I coach to make you faster, stronger, and technically sound. My squad and I spend mornings on the synthetic tracks in Bandra, breaking down every movement—from your block start to your stride length—until it is second nature.
Success on the track is not an accident. It is the result of pure mehnat (hard work) and a refusal to look for shortcuts. Whether you are aiming for a district medal, university games, or the Khelo India championships, the approach remains the same: discipline over motivation.
My Technical Approach
I focus on the mechanics that the average athlete misses. We do not just run laps; we analyze your gait, correct your posture during block starts, and refine your stride pattern to minimize energy loss.
- Speed Mechanics: We use cone drills and ladders to improve reaction time and footwork.
- Explosive Power: Plyometrics like hurdle drills and box jumps are essential to building the explosive strength required for sprinting.
- Precision Training: Every session involves hands-on correction. I nitpick your form until it is perfect because that is where the seconds are saved.
Training Environment
We train in real-world conditions. My sessions take place on synthetic tracks across Mumbai, specifically in Bandra. We train early mornings or late nights, often in groups, because seeing others push themselves fosters a competitive spirit. If you want a sanitized gym experience, look elsewhere. If you want to sweat, learn, and win, this is where you belong. Hard work is never wasted; it shows up on the leaderboard.
