Success on the track isn't accidental. Whether you’re perfecting your block start, clearing hurdles, or refining your jump mechanics, I ensure every move is backed by biomechanics and precision.

I'm on the track with my athletes, personally adjusting their form for the block start. This hands-on approach ensures they develop the correct muscle memory for an explosive launch.

A typical training day where I'm demonstrating a drill to young athletes. My coaching involves direct interaction and clear instruction to build skills from the ground up.

A black and white breakdown of a javelin throw, with graphics illustrating the kinetic chain. I use biomechanical analysis to help athletes understand how to generate maximum force.

Our young female athletes mastering the sprint start. I focus on teaching the correct posture and drive phase to give them an edge right from the beginning.

A high jump coaching session for our beginners. We start with the basics, ensuring a safe and effective progression as they learn to clear the bar.

Using a trampoline to teach young athletes the arching motion for the high jump. This drill helps build confidence and coordination in a fun, controlled way.

Discipline in every detail. Young athletes perform stretches and fundamental drills, learning the importance of preparation and proper technique from day one.

About this collection

When I coach a block start or a javelin throw, we don't just guess. I use video analysis to break down your kinetic chain, frame by frame, showing you exactly where you're losing power or risking injury. It's about turning raw effort into efficient movement, because that's the difference between a personal best and just another lap.

I focus on the science behind the movement. At the University Sports Pavilion in Marine Lines, my coaching goes beyond telling you to run faster. Whether you're working on hurdle clearance, high jump technique, or the explosive biomechanics of a javelin throw, we deconstruct every phase of your motion.

I utilize the SSS (Strength, Speed, Stability) methodology to ensure that as you get faster, your body remains injury-free. This approach applies to everyone, from our 6-year-old beginners learning basic coordination to our masters athletes refining their stride mechanics for competition.

My sessions are built on the philosophy that Ek yuddh apne hi viruddh (a battle against yourself). You aren't competing against the person in the next lane; you are competing against yesterday's version of you. We prioritize:

  • Biomechanical Analysis: Identifying mechanical flaws in your running gait or throwing technique.
  • Progressive Drills: Using agility ladders, mini hurdles, and plyometric boxes to build muscle memory.
  • Adaptive Coaching: Adjusting the training volume and intensity based on your current fitness level and recovery capacity.

If you are serious about refining your technique, come ready to work. We don't do fluff here—just results.
