Athletic Squad Training in Mumbai
We train hard, but we train together. This is my squad—a mix of students, competitive athletes, and anyone willing to put in the work on the track.

About Our Training Squad
Joining this squad isn't just about showing up; it’s about the environment. When you train alongside others aiming for state or national levels, you stop relying on your own motivation and start matching the pace of the group. We train on synthetic tracks in Bandra, and having a squad around you makes those final, grueling sprints a lot easier to finish because you are pushed by the people running next to you.
Why Group Training Works
Speed is contagious. When you are on the track alone, it is easy to cut a session short or slow down when your legs start burning. In a group setting, you have peers and competitors who keep you honest. My squad training is built on this foundation—you push harder because everyone else is also putting in the work.
What We Cover
We don't just run laps. Our sessions are technical and structured:
- Sprint Mechanics: We break down block starts and acceleration phases.
- Plyometrics: We use hurdles, box jumps, and medicine balls to develop raw, explosive power.
- Reaction Drills: Using cues and agility ladders to sharpen how fast you move off the mark.
The Logistics
- Location: We train at synthetic tracks across Mumbai, with a primary focus on the Bandra area.
- Consistency: Training happens in morning and evening batches.
- Intensity: My coaching style is hands-on. I will nitpick your form until it is right.
