Explosive Power and Plyometric Training
Explosive power isn't about lifting heavy in a gym; it's about how you move on the track. These drills build the speed and bounce you need to compete at the next level.

About Building Explosive Power: Plyometrics
You think plyometrics is just jumping? Here, we focus on the ground contact—the exact moment your foot hits the synthetic track. If you aren't efficient there, you lose energy rather than building it. I watch every stride to fix your rhythm, ensuring you get maximum push-off with every single rep.
Building Real Power
Pure mehnat is the only way to build an athlete's engine. My plyometric sessions in Bandra aren't about flashy movements; they are about technical precision. Whether you are a sprinter, a cricketer, or a footballer, the goal is the same: force production and quick reaction time.
How We Train
- Ground Reaction Force: We start with hurdle hops and reaction drills. I don't just watch you jump; I watch how you absorb the landing and explode into the next movement.
- Technique Correction: If your posture collapses on the box jump, you aren't getting stronger; you are just tiring yourself out. I will stop the session to fix your hip alignment and stride pattern.
- The Track Environment: We use real-world tools—graded hurdles, plyo-boxes, and synthetic surfaces. This prepares you for the conditions you will actually face on race day or game day.
Why It Matters
Discipline beats motivation. You might not feel like doing another set of hurdle drills after a long week, but that is exactly when the growth happens. My job is to ensure you are training with purpose. If you are ready to put in the work and stop looking for shortcuts, the results will come. We train until the technique is ingrained in your muscle memory.
