Stop chasing gym looks. Build explosive, functional power with heavy compound lifts. No shortcuts—just real, raw strength training designed to turn you into an unstoppable athlete.

A typical training day combining cardio with raw strength. I start with a run on the treadmill to warm up, followed by heavy back squats and deadlifts to build that foundational power.

This was a huge moment, hitting a new personal record on my squat after a strong comeback. This is the result of consistent, hard work and pushing past your limits.

Here is a deep front squat at 110 kg. The front squat is a key exercise for developing quad strength and core stability, which is crucial for any athlete's power output.

Watch the progression from a 120 kg front squat to a tough 140 kg lift with a spotter. My goal is always to push forward, with 160 kg as the next target.

Want to squat heavy without a belt? It all comes down to building a rock-solid core. I use exercises like the Romanian Deadlift to strengthen the entire posterior chain, which supports massive beltless squats.

The deadlift is the ultimate test of raw strength. This video shows a heavy pull, focusing on proper form and explosive power from the floor. This is deadlift supremacy.

There is a unique mental peace that comes from lifting heavy weight. This deadlift session is my meditation, a moment to focus completely on strength and form.

A snapshot of a full-body strength day. The workout includes heavy back squats, powerful deadlifts, and bench presses to build comprehensive, functional strength.

If you don't like squats, you are missing out on key benefits. Squats increase your metabolism, build bigger and stronger legs, and dramatically improve your core strength.

This session was about moving heavy weight with focus. I'm performing Bulgarian split squats to target each leg individually, followed by heavy back squats for overall power.

About Foundational Strength: Squats & Deadlifts

If you are just chasing a pump, this isn't for you. My Squat and Deadlift protocols focus on mastering the heavy compound movements that actually build an athlete’s posterior chain and core. We don't just load weight; I audit your hip mobility and video-analyze every set to ensure your form is bulletproof before we even think about a heavy PR.

Building Raw Power, Not Just Muscle

Real strength is built on the Big 3. My sessions are designed to move you away from isolation movements and into functional, explosive training. Whether you are a fighter, a hooper, or just want to unlock your true potential, this is where we build your foundation.

How We Train

  • Technical Audit: I don't just count reps. I film your working sets to analyze your bar path, foot pressure, and bracing technique. We fix the weak links in your chain before adding weight.
  • Mobility as Foundation: You cannot squat deep if your hips are locked. We dedicate time to mobility flows, ensuring you move through the full range of motion without compensating or risking injury.
  • Strength Cycles: We use periodized programming to ensure you aren't just hitting the same weights every week. We push for progressive overload, strictly monitoring your recovery and effort levels.
  • Beltless Training: I prioritize core strength. By training without a belt initially, we teach your core to stabilize the load, making you stronger when you eventually do put the belt on.
