For the Gauri festival celebrations at Parishrama NEET Academy, we set up a live kitchen to serve 1000 people. Guests enjoyed hot Rumali Roti, crispy Onion Pakoda made with cashews, and our special house-made cheese nuggets, all prepared on the spot.

Our Channa Batura is a highlight at any event. Here, our specialists Shiva and Satish are preparing baturas for 2000 guests. The dough is mixed with milk, curd, and ghee to make it so soft that it can be torn with two fingers. They can prepare thousands in no time!

Watch our chef prepare the perfect Ghee Masala Dosa. From spreading the batter on the hot tawa to adding the spicy red chutney and potato palya, every step is done with skill. The dosa is then rolled into a perfect, crispy cylinder, ready to be served.

Here is the making of our Pudi Onion Dosa. The batter is spread on the tawa, and a generous amount of chopped onions, herbs, and our special pudi (spice powder) is pressed into it. It is a flavourful variation that is loved by many.

A fun fusion of Italian and South Indian flavours, our Pizza Dosa is a hit, especially with younger guests. A dosa base is topped with vegetables, sauce, and cheese, creating a unique and delicious snack that we prepare at our live counters.

Our cheese balls are a popular welcome snack. We prepare them fresh in-house using potato, cheese, vegetables, and butter. They are fried just before serving, ensuring they are hot, crispy, and cheesy when your guests enjoy them with tomato ketchup.
