Our signature Red Rice Masala Dosa is a must-have at any wedding we cater. We use nutritious red rice to create a batter that results in a perfectly crisp, golden-brown dosa, served piping hot with a dollop of fresh butter. It’s a healthy, traditional, and delicious experience that guests always remember.

It fills our hearts with joy to hear such wonderful words from the lovely couple we served. For their wedding, we handled three different events, and ensuring every dish, from the Madake Biryani to the Champakali sweet, was perfect was our promise. We are so grateful to have been a part of their beautiful journey.

The traditional sit-down banana leaf meal, or Elai Saapadu, is the soul of a South Indian wedding feast. Here, you can see our team serving guests with a smile, offering everything from welcome drinks to our famous Pheni sweet. We believe in serving with warmth and making everyone feel happy and satisfied.

Many of you ask how we manage large wedding orders. Here is a small look behind the scenes at a wedding in VV Puram. We want you to meet our Sweet Master, Shankaranna, who has been with us since my father's time. He is a true artist, and his skill is a blessing to our RVR family.

A feast for the eyes and the palate. This is our special open-faced masala dosa, generously topped with grated carrots, fresh coconut, and coriander, finished with a scoop of white butter. It’s a vibrant and flavourful dish that we love serving at breakfast counters for weddings and events.

Before every service, we take a moment to pray to Goddess Annapurneshwari. We ask for her blessings so that everyone who eats our food is blessed with good health and happiness. We also remind our team to serve with a smile, because food tastes best when it is served with love and joy.

Bele Holige is a special sweet that marks the celebration of Ugadi. We prepare this traditional delicacy with chana dal and jaggery, ensuring each holige is soft, flavourful, and melts in your mouth. It is a taste of home that we love to share with you during the festival.

We were honoured to cater the inauguration of a new office, and it was wonderful to hear such positive feedback.
