About The Training Floor: Skills & Drills

On our training floor, we drill the basics until they become muscle memory. You won't find flashy, useless cardio here. We focus on real techniques—how to rotate your hips for a power kick, how to safely escape a mount, and how to keep your hands up. It is repetitive, exhausting, and exactly what you need to actually defend yourself.
