Real Sparring and Boxing Technique Training
Step into the ring. This isn't fitness cardio; this is technical, controlled sparring designed to sharpen your reflexes, build your guard, and test your grit.
A perfect example of a body shot drill in a live sparring context. This teaches you to find openings and attack the body, a key skill in boxing.
Getting comfortable with contact is crucial. In this shot, a student learns to handle pressure and keep her guard up while her partner works.
This is infighting. We practice getting in close, controlling the opponent, and working from short range. It's tough, gritty work.

Here, my student is practicing her defense, blocking an incoming shot while staying balanced and ready to counter. Defense is just as important as offense.
Another angle of a close-range exchange. Learning to move your head and slip punches is a fundamental skill we drill constantly.
This shows a moment of patience in sparring. It's not always about throwing punches. It's about reading your opponent and waiting for the right moment.
About this collection
Sparring here is a conversation, not a brawl. We use headgear and keep it technical because that is how you actually learn to handle pressure, block shots, and find your openings. It is uncomfortable at first, but once you learn to keep your hands up and stay calm while someone is coming at you, the real transformation starts.
We don't do hype. Our Peenya garage setup is designed for one thing: training. When you enter the ring for sparring, you aren't fighting your partner, you are fighting your own hesitation. We focus on controlled contact. It is about learning the mechanics of defense, like slipping punches and checking jabs, while slowly getting used to the impact. You will work on everything from infighting to range management.
Beginners start with shadow boxing and bag work. We only move to sparring once you have the basics of footwork and guarding locked down. This is not a cardio class where you punch the air to music. It is a place where you earn your skills. If you are looking for a mirror-filled studio to take selfies in, this is not it. If you want to learn how to throw a hook with purpose, maintain your composure under fire, and become a tougher version of yourself, show up ready to work.
