You are looking at my Mangalorean Crab Sukka, packed and ready for delivery. I cook fresh crabs in a dry masala with grated coconut and cilantro, a true coastal delicacy.

These are fresh cockles, or 'khube', cooked in a delicious Goan sukka masala. This dish is a Saturday special that often sells out quickly, a testament to its irresistible flavor.
