My Beef Chilly Fry, Pork Vindaloo, and Crab Sukka rely on masalas that I pound myself. There are no shortcuts and no industrial spice mixes here. When you order a portion of Mutton Xacuti, you get prime, tender cuts cooked in that deep, aromatic coconut-based gravy that defines the region.

- Pre-order: Since I run a home kitchen in Cooke Town, I do not have a constant stock of pre-made food. Please join my WhatsApp list to see the weekly menu and get your orders in early.
- Delivery & Pickup: You can pick up your meals directly from my kitchen in Cooke Town, or I can arrange delivery if you are located nearby.
