Everything you see here is made to order in my home kitchen in Cooke Town, so I can keep the flavors authentic and the ingredients fresh. Because I do not use shortcuts or preservatives, I prepare these dishes in small batches. If you see something that makes you hungry, feel free to message me to check if it is on this week's rotation or if I can slot it into your next order.

My cooking process is deliberate. I use hand-pounded masalas for my curries because it makes a massive difference in the depth of flavor compared to store-bought powders. When I make a Roast Chicken or a batch of Crab Sukka, I am not just assembling ingredients; I am balancing the heat, the spice, and the texture to match what I grew up eating.

Because I prioritize freshness, I do not keep massive stocks of pre-cooked food. My menu changes based on what I can source fresh from the market that week.

- Small Batches: If you have a specific craving for a dish you see here, let me know in advance. If I have the ingredients, I am always happy to prepare it fresh for you.
- Pickup & Delivery: I offer pickup directly from my kitchen in Cooke Town, and I can arrange delivery for nearby areas.
