If you see a specific crab or prawn dish you love on my weekly menu, please book it early. This ensures I can secure the freshest ingredients and cook your meal properly without rushing the process.
When I talk about fresh seafood, I mean it. I avoid frozen supplies, which is why my menu rotates depending on the seasonal availability at the market. Whether it is jumbo prawns or local crabs, the quality of the raw ingredient dictates the final flavor profile of every dish I serve.
My Chilli Garlic Crabs are a personal favorite—cooked with a balanced spice mix that respects the natural sweetness of the crab. For something lighter, I prepare seafood salads using macaroni or orzo, mixing in tuna and shrimp with a bright lemon dressing that cuts through the richness.
