Since everything is prepared fresh in my kitchen, I work strictly on a pre-order basis to ensure you get the best ingredients, so please do check ahead for my current availability.
When I put together a salad, I look for a balance of textures and bold flavors. I want every bite to feel like a treat, which is why I avoid simple greens and focus on nutrient-dense, satisfying ingredients.
