Gourmet Festive 5-Course Roast Dinner
Course 1: Soup & Starter
- Soup: 250ml portion of seasonal gourmet soup (e.g., Roasted Pumpkin or Cream of Mushroom).
- Appetizer: 1 to 2 pieces of hearty starters like Beef Short Ribs Croquettes or Yam Croquettes with specialty relish.
Course 2: Roast Main (Choice of Meat)
- Protein: Generous portion (250g to 300g) of Roast Chicken, Roast Pork, or Beef Tenderloin.
- Stuffing: Traditional bread pudding stuffing with sausage, prune, and apple.
- Sauce: 100ml container of rich Pan Jus or Cranberry Peppercorn sauce.
Course 3: Sides & Bread
- Vegetables: Sautéed green beans, glazed baby carrots, and roasted herb potatoes.
- Starch: Portion of specialty mash (Yam or Truffle oil infused Potato).
- Bread: Homemade Pumpkin Bread or Dinner Rolls with Rosemary Pumpkin butter.
Course 4: Dessert
- Sweet: 1 portion of festive dessert like Chocolate Pumpkin Pate or Steamed Pudding.

- Festive holiday meal delivery for Thanksgiving - no messy kitchen, just full plates. Expect Flamed Cranberry Roast Chicken, Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Surf & Turf, all the classic sides.
- Custom Christmas party catering - I go big with homemade Plum Cake, Festive Meatloaf and Christmas Pudding with proper Brandy Butter. Don’t miss the Christmas Hampers, packed with treats for gifting.
- Special occasion menu curation for birthdays, tea parties, or even random food fiestas (Goan, anyone?). Kids’ party food boxes are a hit on Children’s Day.
How I Roll
- Everything’s done by me, in my Cooke Town kitchen. No outsourcing, no shortcuts.
- I only cook fresh, which means you’ve got to pre-order.
- Pick-up is easy - packed and ready at the time we decide.
I’m not perfect - sometimes menus change or things run out quick, but I promise every meal gets my full attention and lots of love.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rochelle and my kitchen’s my happy place. Food for me isn’t just about recipes - it’s a bit of soul, a lot of heart. My Goan and Mangalorean roots sneak into everything I make, whether it’s a spicy Beef Chily Fry or that Crab Sukka everyone loves. I just want folks to feel at home, maybe even sit down for tea and Baked Blueberry Yoghurt, and chat away. That’s what makes it special for me.
