First Flips & Foundational Gymnastics Moves
From cartwheels to headstands, watch your child build confidence and body control in our safe, padded Rajajinagar studio.
Learning to fall safely is just as important as learning to flip. Here, a student practices a forward roll on a soft mat, an essential skill for building spatial awareness and confidence.
From headstands to graceful finishes, we turn raw energy into controlled movement. This clip shows a young gymnast practicing her inversions and celebrating her balance.
Even our youngest campers learn to roll like pros. Using an incline mat helps children understand the motion of a forward roll, making the learning process fun and intuitive.
This is where fun flips into fitness. We guide kids through basic gymnastic positions and rolls, ensuring they build strength and coordination in a playful environment.
Ready, set, roll. We use a combination of mats and coaching cues to help kids master the basics, like this forward roll, with confidence and a smile.
Building flexibility is key. This young athlete is working on his back bridge, a fundamental exercise for developing the core and back strength needed for gymnastics.
This clip shows the progression from a simple mat setup to a student confidently performing a back bridge, demonstrating our focus on art in motion and strength in stillness.
Every little step is a big moment. Here you can see students practicing their cartwheels and forward rolls, essential building blocks in their gymnastics journey.
Are your children interested in trying gymnastics? We start with engaging activities like leg lifts and dive rolls to make their first experience exciting and accessible.
This video highlights two key beginner skills: the coach-assisted handstand roll and the dive roll over an obstacle, both taught with a focus on safety and technique.
About First Flips & Foundational Moves
Every movement starts with the basics. In this cluster, we don't just watch kids tumble; we guide them through a structured syllabus where every forward roll, cartwheel, and handstand is tracked, recorded, and eventually rewarded with a completion certificate, giving you a clear look at their progress.
Whether it is a tiny handstand or a shaky cartwheel, the goal at Reflexx is the same: building movement confidence. We operate out of our fully padded, air-cooled studio in Rajajinagar, specifically designing these foundational classes for kids aged 4 to 14.
Our syllabus is simple but effective. We break down complex movements into digestible drills, focusing on safe landings, body control, and spatial awareness. For a child who has not tried gymnastics before, the fear of falling is the biggest hurdle. By using incline mats, crash pads, and constant coach spotting, we remove the fear, replacing it with the thrill of the 'level up.'
We cap our batches at 12 kids so that your child never gets lost in the crowd. Each session involves:
- Flexibility and conditioning: Essential for injury prevention.
- Technique drills: Perfecting rolls, bridges, and cartwheels.
- Progression tracking: We do not just teach moves; we celebrate the wins. At the end of our camp, students walk away with a progress video and a completion certificate.
It is not about who is the fastest; it is about who is consistent. Join us to give your child a head start in athletic development, focus, and physical discipline.
