About Advanced Acrobatics & Tumbling
We do not just throw you into a flip. Our advanced classes focus on the specific drill work needed for skills like the back handspring or aerial. We use foam blocks, tire launches, and constant manual spotting from our coaches to build the muscle memory required. This ensures you master the mechanics before taking it to the open floor, so you stay safe while pushing your limits.
Moving beyond the basics is where the real fun starts, but it requires serious technique. At our Rajajinagar studio, we approach advanced tumbling by breaking down complex movements into manageable drills. Whether you are aiming for a standing back tuck or a running aerial, we prioritize the foundational mechanics that make these moves possible.
You will notice we use high-density EVA foam mats and crash mats for every session. These tools allow students to attempt harder skills—like wall runs, palm flips, or roundoff backflips—without the fear of injury.
It is not just about the final flip. It is about the progression. We use specialized equipment like foam octagons and vaulting boxes to help you get the height and rotation needed. Our coaches stay close with hands-on spotting during every attempt. If you have been training for a while and feel like you have hit a plateau, this is where we push past that. You get the benefit of our full progression syllabus, ensuring that when you finally land that trick, you have the form and strength to stick it every single time.
