About Mastering the Mat: Floor & Tumbling Skills
Our coaching isn't just about showing a move; it's about spotting and supporting every attempt. Whether it's a front salto or a simple handstand, we use inclined mats and hands-on guidance to ensure your child understands the mechanics before they try it solo.
At Elite Squad, we focus on the foundation. You will hear us coaching with specific commands like 'Eradu kaalallu jump madabeku' (jump with both legs) and 'Soft aagi land aagbeku' (land softly) because these basics prevent injury and build long-term skill. Our floor and tumbling program starts with simple movements: bridge walks, cartwheels, and forward rolls. Once a child masters these, we introduce more dynamic skills like round-offs, back handsprings, and walkovers.
Safety is non-negotiable. Our studio in Banashankari uses high-density EVA mats and artificial turf, providing the right balance of support and shock absorption. We keep coaching hands-on, with instructors spotting every new skill, from trampolines to the main floor.
This isn't a high-pressure competition environment. It's a space for kids to test their limits, whether they are working on a handstand walk or nailing a front flip. We want them to build resilience, strength, and focus, not just memorize routines. If you're looking for a place where your child can learn to flip, tumble, and gain confidence, come watch a session.
