About Featured
We keep our summer camp batches capped at 12 students so every child gets dedicated, hands-on spotting from our coaches. Safety is non-negotiable here; we use high-density EVA mats and a structured syllabus, ensuring every child, from the shy first-timer to the energetic tumbler, masters their movement and builds real confidence.
Our 4-week summer camp at Reflexx Studio is designed to turn screen time into active, skill-based growth. We don't just focus on gymnastics; we blend in parkour to build agility and functional strength.
The Training Syllabus
Every session is broken down to ensure progressive learning:
- Gymnastics Basics: We start with foundation moves like front rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to develop body control.
- Parkour Mechanics: Kids learn to vault over obstacles, navigate spaces, and land with precision. It is about learning to move safely and efficiently.
- Conditioning: Flexibility drills and body-weight movements are built into every class to improve overall stamina.
Why Our Studio Works
Located in Rajajinagar, our studio is fully padded, meaning we prioritize safety without sacrificing the challenge. Whether your child is 4 or 14, they get placed in age-appropriate batches where they won't get lost in the crowd.
We document their journey with a personalized progress video and provide a completion certificate at the end of the 16 sessions.
