Our Coaching Method: Step-by-Step Gymnastics & Parkour Progress
Yeh hai hamara signature style: small batches, hands-on spotting, and celebrating every single level up. We turn basics into big moves through consistent practice and full-power coaching.

About How We Teach: Coaching & Progression
Safety comes first, and our method is built entirely around it. In every session, our coaches stay close with hands-on spotting while using foam octagons and crash mats to remove the fear of falling. This way, your child isn't just guessing the movement; they are understanding the mechanics, building muscle memory, and getting the real confidence needed to eventually nail that back handspring or vault safely.
The Reflexx Progression System
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to perfect a complex flip, our coaching follows a structured syllabus.
- Foundations First: Before anyone attempts a backflip or a big parkour vault, we master the rolls, cartwheels, and conditioning. This builds the core strength needed to prevent injuries.
- Small Batches, Big Attention: We cap our batches at 12 students. This ensures that when a student is attempting a new skill—like a wall run or a back handspring—the coach is right there to spot them. No one gets lost in the crowd.
- Tech & Tools: We use high-density EVA foam mats, foam octagons, and padded vaulting boxes to scale the difficulty of moves. A student learns a move by breaking it down into smaller, manageable drills until the full motion feels natural.
Why Practice Matters
Our philosophy is simple: practice hai na, toh sab possible hai. We celebrate every small win, whether it is a child’s first bridge or an advanced tumbler landing their first flip. We provide a progress video at the end of the camp so parents can actually see the growth in skill, technique, and confidence. Our studio in Rajajinagar is designed to be a safe space where students can push their limits, fall, get back up, and try again.
