About Strength & Sculpt on Equipment
Think of our equipment sessions not as machines for punishment, but as support systems for your body. Whether you are dealing with postpartum diastasis recti, back pain, or just a lack of core engagement, the springs and pulleys on our Reformer and Cadillac provide tactile feedback that you cannot get on a mat. This helps you stop compensating with your neck or hip flexors and finally taps into the deep, stabilizing muscles that actually hold you up.
How We Use Equipment for Real Results
At our studios in Golf Course Road, Nirvana Country, and Vasant Vihar, we move beyond generic fitness routines. Our equipment training is built around your specific history and physical needs.
The Reformer This is the heart of our practice. The spring-loaded resistance acts as an extension of your own strength. For our prenatal and postnatal clients, it provides a safe, supported way to maintain muscle tone and improve circulation without overloading the joints. We adjust the resistance to match your energy level that day.
The Cadillac & Stability Chair These pieces are game-changers for rehab and structural alignment. If you have been struggling with chronic pain or injury, the Cadillac allows for non-weight-bearing exercises that help you restore range of motion safely. The Stability Chair, meanwhile, is fantastic for building balance and single-leg strength, which translates directly to better stability in your daily life—whether you are carrying a toddler or spending long hours at a desk.
Why Our Approach Is Different
- Small Groups: We keep sessions intimate (4-6 people) because you need an instructor to correct your form, not just a trainer to tell you how many reps to do.
- Science-Based Progression: We avoid cookie-cutter flows. Everything is tweaked to help you avoid injury and build functional strength.
- Accessible to Everyone: You do not need to be a gymnast to start. We teach you how to breathe into the movement and use the apparatus to support your body, not strain it.
If you are tired of exercise that feels like a battle, come try a session where the equipment is designed to help you succeed.
