Don't like running? Barre can give you the same great cardio and toning results in a low-impact format. It's a fun, high-energy workout that sculpts your muscles and gets your heart rate up.

Build true core strength without a single crunch. This video demonstrates a sequence of our favorite mat exercises like the deadbug and standing knee lifts that target your deep abdominal muscles for a stronger, more stable center.

Same movement, different journeys. We show how a single exercise can be modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, so you can always work at a level that is challenging but appropriate for you.

It's happy hour at our favorite barre. Our ActivBarre classes combine the grace of ballet with the strengthening of Pilates for a workout that sculpts, stretches, and makes you sweat.

A classic mat Pilates exercise using the small stability ball. This move challenges the lower abs and inner thighs while maintaining a stable upper body.

Your instructor provides hands-on adjustments in real-time, modifying a plank if you are still rebuilding core strength postpartum or adjusting a barre move to protect your knees. It is personalized training, shared with a supportive community of women who understand the journey.

It’s perfect for toning muscle groups you didn't know you had, all while being gentle on the joints. You’ll feel the burn, but you’ll walk out feeling energized, not depleted.
