Discover low-impact movement designed for women. Build core strength, tone muscles, and find your flow with supportive, small-group sessions at RedMat.

Don't like running? Barre can give you the same great cardio and toning results in a low-impact format. It's a fun, high-energy workout that sculpts your muscles and gets your heart rate up.

Build true core strength without a single crunch. This video demonstrates a sequence of our favorite mat exercises like the deadbug and standing knee lifts that target your deep abdominal muscles for a stronger, more stable center.

Same movement, different journeys. We show how a single exercise can be modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, so you can always work at a level that is challenging but appropriate for you.

It's happy hour at our favorite barre. Our ActivBarre classes combine the grace of ballet with the strengthening of Pilates for a workout that sculpts, stretches, and makes you sweat.

A classic mat Pilates exercise using the small stability ball. This move challenges the lower abs and inner thighs while maintaining a stable upper body.

A group mat class works on a forward fold using the stability ball. This is a great stretch for the hamstrings and lower back.

An instructor leads a mat class through a seated core exercise. The small group size ensures everyone gets the guidance they need.

Women in a barre class use small balls to engage their shoulder and back muscles. Barre is fantastic for toning smaller, often-neglected muscle groups.

Progress isn't how it looks, it's how it feels. Three women demonstrate different levels of a plank with leg lift, each working to their own ability.

A perfect reverse plank, demonstrating incredible core and posterior chain strength. Progress is not always visible, but it's always valid.

About Find Your Flow on the Mat & at the Barre

You might be wondering if a group class can actually accommodate your specific needs or injury history. At RedMat, our small cohorts of 4 to 6 women mean you aren't just another face in the room. Your instructor provides hands-on adjustments in real-time, modifying a plank if you are still rebuilding core strength postpartum or adjusting a barre move to protect your knees. It is personalized training, shared with a supportive community of women who understand the journey.
