Real Yoga and Strength Coaching
This isn't about perfect poses for your feed. It’s about building genuine strength, flexibility, and mental grit. If you are ready to do the work, let's get moving.
This is what I mean by alignment being non-negotiable. Achieving a full center split with a forward fold isn't just about flexibility, it's about understanding how to position your body correctly and safely to unlock its full range of motion.
A handstand practice against the Melbourne skyline. Mastering inversions like this requires building serious shoulder stability and core strength, skills we develop progressively so you can feel confident going upside down anywhere.
Holding a strong Warrior II pose by Pangong Lake. This foundational yoga asana is incredible for building leg strength and focus, proving that true power comes from finding stillness and stability even in the most challenging conditions.
Working on calisthenics flows with parallettes, focusing on an elbow lever. This kind of strength training is a core part of my coaching, building the raw power needed for advanced arm balances and inversions in yoga.
Exploring an inverted split in an aerial yoga hammock. Aerial practice is an amazing option I offer to decompress the spine and achieve deeper stretches than you might on the mat, all while feeling like you're flying.
A dynamic morning yoga flow in the park, moving through poses like Reverse Warrior and Wild Thing. This is an example of the Vinyasa sequences we'll practice to connect breath with movement and build fluid strength.
Settling into a deep King Pigeon Pose, a fantastic hip and quad stretch. I call this the pretzel pose, and I teach the step-by-step techniques to open up your hips safely to work towards this advanced posture.
About this collection
This isn't just yoga; it’s about structural integrity and building a body that can actually move. Whether we are drilling alignment for a handstand or working through a deep hip opener, my approach is non-negotiable on safety. We don't just hold poses; we break down the biomechanics so you understand exactly what your muscles are doing. If you are tired of generic classes that leave you guessing, this is where we actually fix your form and build real capacity.
How We Train
My coaching is about bridge-building between where you are and where you want to be. Whether you are aiming for a handstand or just trying to touch your toes without straining, we use progressive drills that make sense.
The Methodology:
- Alignment First: You will hear me say 'check yourself' often. We focus on joint stacking and center of mass to prevent injury and maximize strength.
- Practical Progression: We don't skip steps. If you are working on inversions, we use wall-assisted drills and safety-fall training before you even think about going freestanding.
- Strength-Based Mobility: I blend Hatha and Vinyasa principles with calisthenics and Gada/Mugdar mobility to ensure your flexibility is functional and not just for show.
Why Personalized Coaching?
You might be tempted to follow a random video online, but generic advice rarely accounts for your specific body mechanics or injury history. I provide manual adjustments and video feedback so you know exactly what to correct. This is about building a sustainable practice that serves you long after the session ends.
Where We Start
Whether you are based in Bengaluru, NCR, or Hyderabad, my sessions are designed to fit your goals. We can focus on skill acquisition—like mastering the Crow pose or a full split—or keep it focused on mobility and general strength. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, book a session and let’s see where we can take your practice.
Vaishnavi Jaiswal
I’m Vaishnavi. I don't teach from a pedestal; I teach from experience, having fallen out of enough handstands to know exactly how to help you stay upright. My goal is simple: I want to help you build a body that is as strong as it is flexible, minus the fluff.
