Advanced Flexibility: Splits & Backbends

I focus on practical drills and safe techniques to unlock your body's potential for deep backbends, full splits, and hip openers. We work on precise alignment to build flexibility that is both functional and sustainable.

Strength & Conditioning Drills

These are the building blocks. This collection shows some of the specific, targeted drills I use to build core stability, shoulder strength, and overall body control. These exercises are key for supporting more advanced yoga postures.

Dynamic Flows & Foundational Poses

Here, we focus on connecting breath with movement through Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I emphasize precise alignment in foundational poses to build a strong and safe practice, whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique.

Aerial Yoga

If you're curious about that flying feeling, aerial yoga is an amazing way to build strength, increase flexibility, and defy gravity. It uses a silk hammock to support your body, allowing you to explore inversions and deeper stretches with less pressure on your joints.
