About Unconventional Strength & Conditioning
Why I Do This
I don’t train for looks. I train for real, raw strength. I want you to feel what true functional movement exercises can do - not just for your body, but for your mind. Everything I teach, I’ve tried on myself first, from starting with a 3kg Mugdar to swinging an 11kg mace. Progress isn’t negotiable, but it’s never rushed.
What We’ll Use
- Gada and Mugdar: These traditional Indian mace training tools build crazy grip strength and shoulder power. The swinging movements hit your core and back in ways dumbbells never will.
- Calisthenics mastery for beginners: We start simple - push-ups, pull-ups, and work up to rope climbs and L-sits. Trust me, I’ve had my own battles with pull-ups.
- Mobility and balance: My yoga background helps you stay flexible, not just strong. Sometimes you’ll feel like a pretzel, but that’s part of getting resilient.
The Journey
There’s no shortcut - you’ll need discipline and patience. I’m a certified instructor, but I’ll be honest, you’ll do most of the work off the mat. Plateaus and breakthroughs? Been there. I’ll guide you through both.
What Matters
This isn’t just fitness. It’s about finding balance - in your mind and body. Like I always say, Zindagi badi honi chahiye (Life should be grand). If you’re up for it, let’s get real strong, real together.

My Story
I’m Vaishnavi, and honestly, I’m always chasing something new. One day I’m upside down practicing handstands, next day I’m dragging myself through a marathon (trust me, running isn’t my thing). I’ve tried everything from yoga in Leh to swinging a Gada, even scuba diving. My parents call it 'midnight madness', I call it living. For me, the best part is that moment you’re ready to quit—when you push through, that’s where real magic happens.
My Work
What I teach - Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial), calisthenics, Mugdar/Gada strength, and running coaching. All personalized.
How I train - Progress over perfection. We chase balance, grit, and a stronger mind—more than just looking fit.
Who should join - If you want more than just aesthetics, if you’re okay with failing and trying again, you’ll fit right in.
Session vibes - Expect surprises—maybe beginner handstand coaching, maybe Mugdar swings. Show up, do the work, celebrate progress.
