My Fitness Journey: Real Progress, Not Perfection

Fitness isn't just about how you look. It's about how you move, how you handle failure, and the discipline you build while learning something new. Welcome to the process.

My nine-month handstand journey in 15 seconds. This shows the reality of learning a new skill: countless falls, relentless practice, and the guidance of great coaches. It’s a reminder that discipline and surrendering to the process are what get you to the goal.

A wrap-up of my first quarter, full of struggles and wins. From running marathons to falling out of handstands, every moment is part of the growth process. This is the reality of a fitness journey, and I'm here to guide you through your own.

About this collection

Most people only show you the highlight reel, but these photos show the nine months it actually took to master a handstand. That is the reality of my training. We do not skip the messy, uncomfortable parts because that is where the actual strength is built. If you are ready to stop chasing shortcuts and start building real skill, we should talk.

Beyond the Aesthetic

I treat fitness as a skill-acquisition process. Whether you are working on a handstand, training for your first marathon, or learning to use a Gada, the philosophy remains the same: progress is non-negotiable, but the timeline is entirely personal.

How I Coach

My approach is built on three pillars:

  • Technical Integrity: Alignment matters. I prioritize biomechanics, joint stacking, and safe exits (learning how to fall is as important as learning how to fly).
  • Mindset Training: You will likely feel frustrated when you start. That is intentional. I help you train your mind to be stronger than your emotions so you don't quit when a movement feels difficult.
  • Practical Progression: We don't guess. If you are training remotely, we use weekly video calls and asychronous form analysis to ensure your practice remains safe and effective.

Where We Train

I offer in-person coaching in NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, alongside remote mentorship for those who need a structured plan they can follow anywhere. Whether you are dealing with desk-job posture issues or want to unlock advanced calisthenics moves, we start exactly where you are today.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment to start. If you are willing to show up and do the work, I am here to help you navigate the journey.
