Master Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Fundamentals
I don't teach poses just to look good. We build heat, stamina, and precision through Vinyasa and Hatha flows to get you truly strong.
A Vinyasa flow sequence in a sunlit room, moving from Downward Dog to a three-legged dog and into a side plank variation. This shows how we link poses together to build heat and stamina.
A classic yoga flow including Warrior II and Reverse Warrior. Mastering these foundational poses with correct alignment is the key to progressing in your practice.
A wild thing to wheel pose transition, filmed in a beautiful outdoor setting in Ladakh. This is a more advanced flow that combines backbending, strength, and coordination.
A gentle warm-up sequence including Cat-Cow, Camel, and Cobra poses. I always start my sessions with spinal mobility exercises like these to prepare the body for deeper work.
A peaceful yoga practice on the beach at sunrise. This video captures the essence of connecting with your breath and body in a natural, calming environment.
A powerful High Lunge pose, excellent for building leg strength and stretching the hip flexors. I focus on proper alignment, like keeping the front knee over the ankle, to maximize the benefits.
Holding Vasisthasana, or Side Plank, with a leg extension. This pose is a fantastic way to build oblique strength and shoulder stability, and I offer many variations for all levels.
A seated One-Legged King Pigeon Pose. This is a great preparatory stretch for deeper backbends and quad openers.
Finding balance in a twisted variation of Tree Pose. This challenges stability and adds a gentle spinal twist, showing how we can evolve classic postures.
A video showcasing five simple yoga poses to de-stress. I teach sequences like this that you can do anywhere to calm your mind, including gentle backbends and forward folds.
About Dynamic Flows & Foundational Poses
Alignment is the part that isn't on Instagram. Most people jump into flashy poses without the foundation, which is a fast track to injury. In my sessions, we actually slow down the flow to nail your joint stacking and core engagement—that is where the real heat and strength come from. You won't just 'do' a Warrior II; you will learn why your knee placement determines your entire hip stability.
Yoga isn't about being the bendiest person in the room; it's about being the most controlled. My Hatha and Vinyasa practice is built on a simple premise: if you cannot own the foundation, you cannot own the flow.
We spend time on the basics—Sun Salutations, stable lunges, and side plank variations—because these are the building blocks of every complex movement. We move with intent. When we flow, it’s not to look graceful; it is to link your breath to your effort, turning movement into a form of active meditation that demands your full attention.
I work with clients across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and the National Capital Region, moving beyond the traditional 'studio' feel. We are not just stretching; we are strengthening your joints and learning to move your body through full ranges of motion. You will learn to identify your own limitations—tight hamstrings, weak shoulders, or core fatigue—and we use specific, necessary drills to fix them. Expect to sweat, expect to focus, and expect to feel genuinely capable by the end of it.
