Cartwheels and rolls are a fun part of our gymnastics training. Here, kids take turns practicing their acrobatic moves on a soft mat, building spatial awareness and coordination while being cheered on by their friends.
We make learning gymnastics basics safe and fun. Students practice forward rolls and headstands on a thick purple mat, with trainers nearby to provide assistance and ensure proper technique.
This video showcases the incredible skills our students develop, from powerful handstands and splits to expressive contemporary dance moves. We encourage kids to push their boundaries and explore different forms of movement.

About Gymnastics and Agility Drills
Safety is our priority here. Every session happens on our 25mm impact-absorbing EVA foam mats. Whether your child is just learning to balance or already mastering cartwheels, they are practicing in a space designed specifically to keep them safe while they push their limits.
How We Build Fitness
At Turbo Fitness Studio, we do not believe in boring repetitive drills. We mix gymnastics basics, agility ladder work, and acrobatic rolls to keep kids engaged and excited to move. The Turbo Approach
Our studio in Hulimavu is designed for action. With wall-to-wall mirrors and a club-style sound system, it feels more like a creative space than a gym. We encourage kids to find their own groove—some naturally love the speed of agility drills, while others take time to get comfortable with forward rolls or handstands. That is completely fine. Our trainers are always there to provide a boost, check their form, and keep the energy high.
