I don't believe in quick fixes or skipping steps. When we start with calisthenics, I analyze your current shoulder stability and core engagement first. If you cannot hold a solid plank, you are not ready to jump into a handstand. We spend the first few weeks building that raw foundation so you can actually perform these moves safely without getting injured.
