About Strength & Conditioning: Dryland Drills
A lot of people think swimming fitness is only about the laps you count. When you join our sessions, you will see us on the pool deck using resistance bands, bodyweight movements, and group drills like tug-of-war to build real functional strength. We prime your muscles before you even touch the water, ensuring your body is ready to swim faster and stronger from the very first stroke.
True swimming proficiency goes beyond just technique. We know that if you want to hold your form during the final lap or power through a race, you need a body that is conditioned for it.

Depending on your batch, you might find us working out at our Wilson Garden Olympic-size pool area, where we have plenty of open space for dynamic movements. If you are at our JP Nagar facility, we adapt the drills to work effectively within our heated pool environment.
