About this collection

We don't just stand on the deck. In our beginner classes, our coaches are in the water with you, physically guiding your kicks and arm movements with kickboards and noodles until you feel fully comfortable finding your rhythm.

How We Get You Swim-Ready

Learning to swim is about more than just technique; it's about building a trusting relationship with the water. Our beginner program, suitable for both kids and adults, is designed to turn hesitation into confidence over a 16-20 session course.

The Approach: We start with the basics: breathing control and buoyancy. By using in-water coaching, our trainers can physically support you or your child, ensuring everyone feels secure. We incorporate drills to build muscle memory, focusing on your kick, arm reach, and eventually, the freestyle stroke. Whether you are at our JP Nagar indoor heated pool or our Wilson Garden Olympic-size facility, the structure remains consistent: hands-on, supportive, and focused on safety.

What You Need to Know:

  • Consistency is Key: Our standard coaching runs in 1-month batches, meeting 4-5 days a week. This high-frequency schedule is intentional—it’s the fastest way to get you comfortable and capable.
  • Gear Requirements: To keep the water clean and safe, we require all students to wear proper nylon or Lycra swimwear and a swimming cap. Don't worry about the noodles or kickboards; we provide those for every session.
  • Storage & Facilities: We provide access to communal showers and changing rooms at both locations. Please bring your own padlock for the lockers, as we keep things simple and secure.

If you've been putting off learning to swim because of fear or a busy schedule, know that we see students just like you every single month. We move at your pace, starting with simple floating exercises before moving into lap swimming. It's not about how fast you go; it's about enjoying every splash.
