At Ray Center, we believe that every 'champion' we celebrate—whether they are holding their first Certificate of Participation from our Learn to Swim (LTS) program or wearing a gold medal—started with a simple, 'I want to learn.'

We love showcasing our students, but our focus goes beyond trophy hauls. We are particularly proud of our inclusive approach, like the Non-Medalist Swimming Competition, which gives every child a chance to test their skills in a supportive environment. It is about personal bests, not just beating the person in the next lane.

The Ray Center Training Philosophy

• In-Water Coaching: Our trainers are in the pool with the kids, providing physical guidance and immediate corrections for strokes, turns, and breathing. This is why our students develop technique much faster than in group classes where instructors just shout from the deck.
• Dryland Drills: To build the strength needed for competitive racing, we incorporate specific exercises outside the water to improve flexibility and endurance.
• Consistent Environment: By offering both an indoor heated pool at JP Nagar for year-round comfort and an open-air Olympic-size pool at Wilson Garden, we ensure our students can train consistently regardless of the weather.
