Community Feast & Langar Service
Food Menu (Pure Veg/Sattvik)
- Welcome: Water glasses and Masala Chai or Kadha/Jal Prasad.
- Mains: Choice of Amritsari Chole or Rajma, Jeera Rice or Pulao, Bhandara style Aloo Sabzi, and Tawa Roti or Poori.
- Dessert: Suji Halwa, Kheer, or Boondi Laddu.
- Sides: Mixed Pickle, Green Chilli, Salad.
Setup & Service
- Crockery: High quality disposable compartment thalis and paper glasses. (No bone china).
- Furniture: Standing round tables with standard satin frills. (No chairs).
- Staff: Buffet management staff for counter replenishment only (Self service format).

- Starters (3 Items): Mix of Vegetarian (e.g., Veg Cutlets) and Non Veg (e.g., Chicken Tikka) snacks.
- Mains: Dal Makhani or Yellow Dal, Shahi Paneer or Butter Chicken, Jeera Rice, Assorted Breads, and Raita.
- Dessert: Hot Gulab Jamun or Ice Cream.
Service & Logistics
- Dining Setup: Standard bone china or melamine crockery, stainless steel cutlery, and water tumblers.
- Display: Steel chafing dishes, white table linens, and colored runners.
- Staff: Uniformed waiters provided (approx. 1 per 25 guests) for snack circulation and clearing.
- Beverages: Water dispensers and limited soft drinks.

- Welcome: Assorted Soft Drinks, Syrup based Mocktail Bar, and Coffee/Tea station.
- Live Chaat: Themed carts serving Golgappa, Bhalla Papri, and Aloo Tikki.
- Starters (6+ Items): Mix of Tandoori Soya Chaap, Paneer Tikka, Chicken Malai Tikka, and Fish Fry.
- Mains: Rich gravies (Paneer Butter Masala, Mutton Rogan Josh), Live Tandoor breads, Pulao, and Dahi Bhalla.
- Dessert: Moong Dal Halwa, Rasmalai, or Ice Cream with toppings.
Premium Setup & Service
- Decor: Buffet tables with floral arrangements and props. Themed wooden or lit up carts for live stations.
- Crockery: Premium ceramic dinnerware, heavy steel cutlery, and goblet glasses.
- Staff: Full team including Head Chef, Service Captain, and waiters (1 per 15 guests).
- Bar Support: Glassware, ice, and soda provided (if alcohol is client supplied).

I run Rasoi Ghar, and since 2012, my team and I have been bringing home-style catering to all kinds of events across Delhi. For us, food is about more than just taste - it’s about sharing pyaar (love) and sewa (service) with every plate. Whether you’re planning a small get-together or a big shaadi, I make sure you get fresh, hygienic khana with that ghar jaisa swaad (home-like taste) we’re famous for.

Food & Setup
I offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. If you want something fun, our live food stations for chaat, golgappa, and bhalla papri are always popular. From starters like tandoori soya chaap and Italian canapés, to North Indian mains and classic desserts like gulab jamun, everything is cooked fresh.
Full buffet setup for events? Of course - with pro equipment and staff. You can pick from our set menus or go for a totally custom event menu. Aap apni pasand ka menu bhi banwa sakte hain (You can make your own menu too).

My Story
Main Deepak bol raha hoon. Rasoi Ghar ek choti soch se shuru hua tha - sabko ghar jaisa khana milna chahiye. Guruji ke saath humara rishta gehra hai, aur Langar Sewa humare dil ke bohot kareeb hai. Sangat ko serve karna ek blessing lagta hai. Dheere dheere logon ne hum par pura event ka bharosa karna shuru kar diya, toh Rasoi Ghar Event team ban gayi. Chahe birthday ho ya shaadi, hum sab kuch sambhalte hain, par asli khushi toh hygienic, tasty khana banane mein hi hai.
