Community Bhandara & Langar Service
Menu Scope
- Main Meal: Choice of one combo like Rajma Rice, Kadi Pakora Rice, Chole Poori, or Vegetable Tehri.
- Beverage: Diluted Rose Water (Chabeel) or Masala Chaas (Summer only).
- Sweet (Premium): Small portion of Suji Halwa or Boondi Prasad.
Service & Logistics
- Style: 'Degh to Plate' service where guests queue up at the counter.
- Staff: 2-4 uniformed servers dispensing food from large aluminium pots.
- Crockery: Disposable leaf plates (pattals), paper bowls, and wooden/plastic spoons.
- Setup: Basic tent tables provided for holding vessels. No guest seating included.
Quality Grade
- Uses volume-grade ingredients (thick grain/broken rice) and refined oil. Designed for mass feeding rather than gourmet dining.
Guruji Satsang & Ritual Sit-down
The 4-Course Ritual
- Arrival: Masala Chai served with snacks (Samosa, Bread Pakora, or Dhokla).
- Ritual: Bottled/RO water service and preparation of Ghee-based Kadha Prasad (Halwa).
- Langar Thali: Paneer dish (Shahi/Matar), Dal Makhani or Chole, Seasonal Dry Veg, Assorted Breads, Rice, and Raita.
- Dessert: Gulab Jamun or Kheer.
Service Standards
- Style: Sit-down 'Sewa' style where staff serves guests at their seats.
- Crockery: Hard plastic compartment plates or Melamine Thalis.
- Staff: Uniformed waiters trained in Sangat etiquette.
Quality Grade
- Standard commercial preparation with focus on ritual sequence and hygiene. Paneer dishes use standard tomato/cream gravy bases.
Donation Bowls & Festive Thalis
Option A: Charity Bowls (Budget)
- Content: 500ml round plastic container with a single dish (Rajma Rice, Chole Rice, or Kadhi Rice).
- Weight: Approx 350-400g.
- Utility: Designed strictly for distribution drives.
Option B: Premium Thalis (High End)
- Content: 5-compartment tray with Paneer dish, Dal, Rice, 2-3 Rotis/Pooris, and Sweet.
- Packaging: Crystal plastic tray with heat-sealed film.
- Weight: Approx 650-700g.
Logistics
- Delivery: Drop-off at venue only. No serving staff or crockery included.
- Freshness: Food is cooked 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

I run Rasoi Ghar with one simple idea - feeding people with pyaar aur sewa (love and service). Food isn’t just business for me, it’s about doing sewa, especially at religious and community gatherings.
What I Bring to Your Event
- I handle Guruji Satsang catering from start to finish - prasad (Kadha, Jal, Chai), snacks, full North Indian meals, and a sweet dish to wrap up.
- For those planning a langar or bhandara, I’ve got big batch cooking and on-site serving covered. Popular items like Rajma-Chawal, Chole-Bhature, or Pulao Parshad are always fresh and hygienic. Chabeel Sewa (sweet drinks) is my summer specialty.
- I do festival catering too - Navratri vrat (fasting) meals, Janmashtami kheer, and bhojan for remembrance days. If you want purvajon ki pasand ka khana (the food your ancestors loved), just say the word.

My Story
Main Deepak bol raha hoon. Rasoi Ghar ek choti soch se shuru hua tha - sabko ghar jaisa khana milna chahiye. Guruji ke saath humara rishta gehra hai, aur Langar Sewa humare dil ke bohot kareeb hai. Sangat ko serve karna ek blessing lagta hai. Dheere dheere logon ne hum par pura event ka bharosa karna shuru kar diya, toh Rasoi Ghar Event team ban gayi. Chahe birthday ho ya shaadi, hum sab kuch sambhalte hain, par asli khushi toh hygienic, tasty khana banane mein hi hai.
