- Pass-Around Finger Foods: 4 varieties of heavy snacks circulated by waiters, such as Veg Mini Burger Sliders in brioche buns, Mini Tacos, or Slider Pizzas.
- Dessert Section: 2 types of single-serve desserts like Strawberry Panna Cotta cups or Gulab Jamun jars.
- Beverages: 2 varieties of fresh mocktails or shakes served in glass bottles or dispensers.

I only do vegetarian, and I do it with fresh, top-notch ingredients. My menu is a mix of desi classics and global twists. You’ll find North Indian vegetarian wedding menu favourites, Rajasthani fusion like Jodhpuri Kabuli, and even Korean Bibimbap Jars. I love experimenting, so expect things like Samosa Cannoli Chaat and Avocado Bhel Papdi.

Presentation matters. I set up live vegetarian food stations - pasta, paneer tikka, dim sums, chaat - that add energy to your event. My artistic vegetarian grazing tables and Indian charcuterie boards are designed to be showstoppers. I pay attention to the little things, from floral decor to elegant platters.

My Story
Arre, main Manisha bol rahi hoon. Food ka asli maza toh tabhi aata hai jab sab milke khate hain, hai na? Diwali ki khushboo, shaadi ka shor, ya family ki hasi - sab kuch food se hi toh hai. Humne Dhamaal Gully shuru kiya, taki har kisi ke khaas pal mein wohi warmth aur dhamaal la sakein. Pure veg, full-on flavour, aur har event mein apna tadka. Bas, khushiyan baantni hain, ek bite mein.
